Australia Temporary Graduate Visa (Subclass- 485)

This visa is for international students who have recently graduated with skills and qualifications that are relevant to specific occupations in Australia needs. It lets you live, study and work in Australia temporarily (18 months). You can leave and re-enter Australia as many times as you want while the visa is valid.

For this visa you must:

• Have a qualification relevant to an occupation on the skilled occupation list
• be assessed as having skills suitable for an occupation on the skilled occupation list
• stay in Australia, usually for 18 months
• be under 50 years of age
• find your own employment if granted this visa. They are not responsible for arranging employment.

This Visa allows you to:

• Include members of the family unit in your application when you apply.
• Add your children to the application until a decision on your application is made.
• Let your family can also apply to join you in Australia as a subsequent entrant after the visa is granted.
