The Global Talent Visa Program is an invitation-based program designed to attract highly talented individuals, with entrepreneurial ideas and cutting-edge skills within targeted industry sectors, who can contribute to Australia’s economy by driving innovation and supporting the creation of local jobs.

The Global Talent Visa Program provides a streamlined visa pathway for highly skilled professionals to work and live permanently in Australia. To be invited to apply you need to be highly skilled in one of the 10 target sectors and be able to attract a salary that meets the high-income threshold. You also need a recognised Australian based organisation or individual with a national reputation in the same field to nominate you as global talent.

For the FY 2023-24, there is a quota of 5000 PR places for the Global Talent Pathway. So, in this year, 5000 PRs will be granted and you could be one of them.
